Please contact us about any warranty issues so we may assist you in resolving them. Warranties are subject to manufacturers policies. All warranties will be handled through the manufacturer. If an incorrect item is shipped to you as a result of our mistake call us so we can resolve it. Replacement items from VDP will be shipped via the same (or similar) method as the original order. Warrantied items will be shipped per the manufacturers policy, we have no control over this.

Products from manufacturers other than Performance Supply Co, Vulcan Performance, TPGI and VPMAX will be covered under the respective warranties and warranty process from that manufacturer and will be handled through that manufacturer.
