One of the many things I liked about working with Wyatt is that he communicates well with his clients and subcontractors. He is very patient and explains options and costs so that we could make an informed decision. It is so important to have a good working relationship with a builder because you are going to be working with a contractor for months. No matter how many questions we had Wyatt made sure to provide answers promptly and give options. Wyatt is creative and came up with some great ideas. He looks beyond the blueprints.

Our company can assist you with all phases of new home construction or remodeling from providing design insight right down to landscaping your yard. We also are unique from other companies in that we can provide in-house interior decorating services. Our team of subcontractors and employees have been involved with our company for many years and everyone is highly skilled and professional.

Wyatt Sr. has been in the industry since 1980 and saw a true need to develop a company that focused on the residential construction industry with a strong emphasis on distinctive craftsmanship with integrity, honesty, and hands-on approach and a company foundation of honest business practices; hence WAC Contracting and partnership with his son, Wyatt Jr., making it a true, bona-fide family owned and operated business.

Wyatt Jr. has been involved in the construction industry since he was a young child when he helped his father any chance he got. During high school he had his first paying job working as a carpenter for the family business. In 2000, at the young age of 20, he started up his own company which focused on high-end carpentry including framing, interior trim, and boxing and siding. In 2005 he moved his company to Mississippi for a short time to assist with the re-building efforts after Hurricane Katrina.
