About Us Established in 2000, WBS is now based in Wantage, Oxfordshire. We have a core team of highly selected individuals, with a growing team of additional alliance partners and specialists. The first prerequisite for joining the WBS team is a practical, hands-on knowledge and experience of your subject. You also have to have a passion for investigation, constructive tinkering, and problem solving. Like the best mechanical engineers, you must have a deep pride in your ability to make things run better. You must also share a professional mechanic's capacity for fascination; your own fascination with the challenges set out before you, and your talent for talking about them in ways that fascinate and engage your clients. WBS is characterised by its determination to rise above the conventional perceptions of consultancy. Instead, we will roll up our sleeves, get down into the factory, explore the warehouse, talk to everybody and anybody within the organisation (talk to the relevant people up and down the organisation), and introduce solutions that work, and will continue to work in the future.
