WCR is dedicated to prolonging the life of your heat exchanger equipment. For plate heat exchangers, rolled grooves are often the cause for leaks and improper sealing of a plate pack. We are always on the look-out for this type of plate failure, in most cases, we're able to re-press the plates to original shape and function. This can save the customer over 60% of the cost of completely replacing the deformed plates. Other OEMs would not even suggest or offer this service. WCR is different, we strive in every conceivable way to provide alternative economical options to customers.

8. WARRANTY AND REMEDIES: Our warranties vary depending on the goods and services we are providing. (a) New Equipment and Parts. We warrant to you that our new equipment and parts will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the Warranty Period. (b) Service. We warrant to you that the service we provide will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner for the duration of the Warranty Period. (c) Used Equipment and Parts.

WCR Inc. is still a leading global producer of new replacement plate and gaskets for all brands and models of plate heat exchangers. At our pressing facility in Washington Courthouse, Ohio, WCR manufactures and stocks OEM-quality specified plates and gaskets for Alfa Laval, Tranter, GEA, APV, Mueller, Chester Jensen, Schmidt-Bretten (API), Cherry-Burrell, ITT, and Vicarb. Example plate materials are Stainless Steel (SS304, SS316), Hastelloy, Nickel, SMO254, and Titanium.

WCR Incorporated is a heat exchanger manufacturer headquarted in Moraine, Ohio, previously the GM Assembly building. WCR began as West Coast Re-gasketing in 1980, performing service and maintenance on heat exchanger plates for other OEM models.
