The model, as presented herein, utilizes data and principles from Mackey and Wright Sol-Air Tables, MIL-STD-810, AR 70-38, MIL-STD-1472 and MIL-STD-210. The basic model elements have been used for over 40 years and the greatest level of validation for the model is the historical success of its results.
