She has twenty nine years combined experience in the Real Estate industry, with a background in Title Insurance and Mortgage Lending. Formerly, Donna was Manager and Escrow Officer of Fort Worth Title Company, Title USA in Grapevine, Texas, and First American Title Company in Lubbock, Texas. She was a Mortgage Loan Officer for Savings of America in Dallas, Texas, which at the time was the second largest Savings and Loan in the Nation, and represented Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans tied to the 11th. District cost of Funds Index. Donna also founded Mortgage Connection Services which set up correspondent lending services and was approved by such lenders as Empire of America, Norwest Mortgage, CitiBank, etc., in Dallas, Texas. She has had extensive experience working with the Secretary of Housing and Urban development, RTC, and Home Equity. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University, and carries the Certified Paralegal designation, (CP). Donna is a Graduate, REALTORS Institute, (GRI), and formerly maintained a Group I Insurance license.
