The Public Health Foundation Enterprises WIC Program (PHFE WIC) is a nonprofit agency that has been providing WIC services in the Los Angeles area, including the Orange and San Bernardino Counties, for over 30 years. Over 60 WIC Centers are strategically located to provide services to over 300,000 individuals per month.
