Lifetime Health And Fitness (1997) Jerry Davis is the owner of Lifetime Health and Fitness, a new 25,500 sq. ft. health club serving the Casper area. The first phase of the project is completed, with two more phases on the drawing board. The club features aerobics and strength training using the very latest in fitness equipment. Subsequent phases include two swimming pools, tennis, raquet ball and gymnasium sports. The club will have a physical therapy center as well as classes for the elderly and those recovering from illness. Frontier CDC participated with First Interstate Bank of Casper to fund the construction of the building and purchase of training equipment. The Break Stop (2000) Marty Stover believes that specialization and customer services are the keys to the future success of the automotive service industry. Marty has been in the automotive service, tire and parts business since he started his career with Grand Auto Parts in Milpitas, California. In 1981, he and his family came to Wyoming on vacation and liked it so well they decided to stay. He took a job for Plains Tire Company in Casper where he worked his way up to Vice President of the Wyoming operations. Now Marty is going to apply those years of experience and industry knowledge to his own business, opening The Brake Stop in 2000. Funding for this project was provided through SBA 504 Loan Program, administered by WIDC~Frontier CDC, in participation with Equality Bank of Evansville. III Botticelli Ristorante, LLC. (1998) This Restuarant in dowtown Casper, Wyoming, is the third in a series of fifteen planned Botticelli's Italian restuartants. The first two are operating in Rapid City, South Dakota and Gillette, Wyoming. The atmosphere is strictly Italian, beginning with the way they greet you, to the music, to the way the food is served. The menu is from Northern Italy in sauces, spices, fresh seafood is flown in from Seattle and unusual Italian Wines. Frontier CDC and First Interstate Bank of Casper participated in finiancing to purchase and renovate an existing building including new restuarant equipment, with a SBA 504 Loan. Fabrication Technologies (2000) Larry Rubis purchased two buildings and 24 acres of land on 33 Mile Road, just west of Casper, as headquarters for his new business. The company specializes in fabrication of water flood and compression pump plants for oil, gas, and polymer industries. Larry recognized a unique opportunity when his current employer, National Oilwell, began to divest it's fabrication production group. An employee if National Oilwell for sixteen years, managing the fabrication division in Casper, Larry saw the opportunity for himself and for employees working in the fabrication group. With the full knowledge and blessing of the National Oilwell organization. Rubis retained his management team, customers, welders, and production workers.
