King has also been working with GatorVision, which records video of all UF athletic events, to gain experience in the telecommunications field. She has a behind-the-scenes role with them doing production and film editing. She said she is enjoying that and would not rule out a future working with GatorVision.

In his spare time, Steve enjoys playing softball, basketball and golf, reading and coaching; he is the head coach of the Kanapaha Middle School football team and has coached in the area for over 20 years at both the youth and high school level. Russell enjoys helping out various charities as well.

The Institute for Workforce Innovation (IWI) is dedicated to improving the communities’ quality of life through education, employment and advocacy.
