That’s why we opened the WTI Systems Chicago office - to provide the Chicago area a local resource for IT and Managed Services.

Safe Connections has been counseling and providing support groups for families that have experienced domestic or sexual abuse for over 35 years now. All their services are completely free, including a helpline open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

When you need software support, we’re there. We have a team of certified Financial Edge consultants on staff that support clients throughout the United States. We have the ability to connect via the web and see exactly what you see on your local workstation or connect directly to your server! Also, we provide on-site assistance when necessary.

The good news is that it’s not a hassle at all. As Mercer County, IL is finding out, WTI Systems makes it quite easy. Our Client Care support staff’s experience in upgrades from Fundware is a big reason Mercer County has chosen WTI Systems as their Financial Edge upgrade partner. We’re both excited to get them on to their new financial software system.

It’s from this branch of WTI Systems that we’ll now be implementing a QuickSpin Virtual Machine Disaster Recovery and Back up Solution for our new customer, DuPage Water Commission . We'll also be providing Monitoring and Remote Advisory Services.
