Star Communications, Incorporated will be referred to as STAR within this document. Radio stationsWVRC AM and WVRC FM, are owned directly by STAR, with studios co-located in the city of Spencer, WV. Both radio stations share at least one common employee. Therefore, they have been treated as a single station employment unit for the purpose of this report.
