Staff Description JENNIFER GIOVANNITTI, AICP Executive Director, West Virginia Wood Technology Center Email Jen Jennifer Giovannitti is the Executive Director of the Randolph County Development Authority and West Virginia Wood Technology Center (WTC). She is also the elected President of the Hardwood Alliance Zone, a seven county organization dedicated to promoting the wood products industry in West Virginia. Ms. Giovannitti has been working in the field of land use planning and economic development for the past ten years. She obtained a Bachelor Degree from the Universityof Pittsburgh, and a Masters Degree in Community and Regional Planning from the Universityof British Columbia. Prior to moving to West Virginia, Ms. Giovannitti was employed at the engineering firms of Herbert, Rowland, and Grubic, Incorporated and Mackin Engineering in
