Mr. Fencl was been involved in the commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years. Prior to his affiliation with WHPounds Commercial Real Estate, he was employed with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. a global real estate services firm headquartered in New York from 1980 to 2002. During his long and successful career with Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Fencl gained a unique perspective and thorough understanding of the real estate asset investment cycle having served in a variety of disciplines focused principally on providing superior client real estate services and transaction execution.

WHPounds Commercial Real Estate is an independent commercial real estate service organization with over 30 years of service to clients in the southern New Jersey market. We provide a comprehensive array of services to numerous organizations headquartered and/or operating in southern New Jersey.

Michael D. Hawksley has over twenty years of diversified experience in sales, marketing and management to a wide range of clients throughout the United States. The majority of these clients have been large Fortune 500 corporations, often with multi-location requirements seeking immediate assistance. Mr. Hawksley has demonstrated his ability to successfully team with his clients meeting their objectives in a cost effective and timely manner. Mr. Hawksley joined WHPounds Commercial Real Estate as a Sales Associate in early 1997.
