Description

Since our service area is primarily rural, special accommodations are made for provision of services outside of the traditional office. All services are strictly confidential. Our professional staff are an integral part of the community and regularly consult with other community members also involved in the welfare of individuals served, including Department of Human Services staff, school staff, ministers, family members, probation officer, States Attorney, lawyers, police department, etc.... When psychotropic medication evaluation/prescription services are needed, individuals who are receiving other behavioral health services are referred by their direct service providers to our contractual psychiatrist at the Wabash County Medical Center. Direct service providers routinely consult with the psychiatrist regarding patient's care and progress to maintain continuity of care. Program provides recovery and resiliency focused services to individuals aged 18 and over. Services consist of therapy/counseling (individual, family, or group), case management, community support, medication prescription monitoring/training and consultation. Services may be provided in the office, or in the individual's natural setting (home and/or in the community).
