We also provide income tax preparation and planning services for both corporations and individuals, including those with sole proprietorships or partnerships. Our tax preparation services include electronic filing of returns, as well as all other correspondence and filings required by Canada Revenue Agency (Revenue Canada). As an added service we work with clients at their place of business or residence and offer evening and weekend appointments in order to meet their busy schedules. We make every effort to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied. This includes providing after-service support following all projects.

We provide detailed financial statement analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. This service can include the formulation and analysis of budgets and also variance analysis of actual versus budgeted results. We provide assistance in the preparation of detailed business plans and proposals, as well as presentations to banks and other third-party organizations. We advise clients on business registrations with the Province and with the Canada Revenue Agency (Revenue Canada).

Other services our firm provides include contracts to complete special projects such as system implementations or upgrades, special applications to governmental agencies, working with banks to arrange short and long-term financing and the establishment of internal controls to monitor and track cash flows.
