Description

John grew up in the photographic industry. He started his full time in photography by attending the U.S. Navy Photo School. He then worked in Florida, Puerto Rico, Spain, england, Norway and Iceland. Later he graduated from Layton School of Art (MIAD) with honors. He then worked for studio's in Florida and Texas. In 1972, he joined the family's studio in Columbus. The Walcott's continue to study numerous times annually and teach within the profession. John has earned the Master of Photography and Photographic Craftsman Degrees and has been certified by the Professional Photographers of America. Suzanne Walcott Suzanne Walcott is in charge of production at Walcott Studio. She has earned the Photographic Craftsman degree from Professional Photographers of America. In 2004, she had the highest scoring electronic photographic image in international competition. In 2005, She earned Electronic Imager of the year from the Wisconsin Professional Photographers Association.Shawn Zinke (photographer) joined Walcott Studio in May, 2002. Zinke is a creator. His passion emerges through each art piece he creates. He knows the power a portrait possess and how it communicates to its viewers. Zinke has a keen eye for composition and a unique sense of style. He has accumulated an impressive array of professional kudos during his 16 years in the professional photographic industry. He was also the winner of the Burell International Children's Portrait Competition.
