Michael D. Gross, PE has joined WM as an Associate working with the Structural Engineering Department. In this position, he will be responsible for project management, technical quality control, and business development. Mike has been a part of the Highway and Transportation industry for over 32 years.

Ray Moravec, PE named ASCE 2014 Civil Engineer of the Year. Ray is an Associate at Wallace Montgomery leading the Transportation Planning and Environmental Department.

Kristin Fusco Rowe, PE has joined Wallace Montgomery as a Senior Noise Engineer, focusing on Transportation Noise and Vibration. Kristin has over 12 years of experience in project management, noise and vibration analyses, noise barrier design, traffic noise policy development, and highway design.

Wallace Montgomery provided design and construction plans, specifications and cost estimates to reconstruct and improve a 1.3 mile section of Loch Raven Boulevard from Goucher Boulevard to Joppa Road in Baltimore County. The reconstruction was to provide corridor improvements and visual enhancement to this unique area of commercial and residential land use. Work involved reconstruction and resurfacing of streets, median widening, median crossover closure, sidewalk treatment, signal reconstruction, curb and gutter, storm drain inlets, and adjustment to affected utilities.

January of 2014, Wallace Montgomery opened a branch office in Tysons, Virginia. As a Regional firm serving the Mid-Atlantic, we are actively providing VDOT interchange design services, highway design services, and bridge inspection services through several contracts. Specifically, the Zions Crossroads Design-Build project, Broadview Avenue Access Management project, and, the NOVA Bridge Inspection project.
