Our team of experienced foresters utilize GPS/GIS technology to accurately estimate timber sale and reforestation acreage. The latest technologies in timber measuring devices and computer software are utilized to provide accurate volume estimates. A four page timber sale prospectus is sent to over 100 timber companies and buyers. Competetitive sealed bids are opened in our attorney's office in Ellisville, MS. Our timber deed helps to protect our clients' interest, and we work with timber companies and harvesting crews to ensure protection in residual timber, roads and fences. We work with local, state and governmental entities in obtaining monies to help offset site preparation and reforestation expenses. Depending upon the quality, quantity and accessibility of timber, the number of bidders may range from 6 to 20 with the high bid ranging from 20% to over 50% over the low bid.
