Tom has been working on web sites in one form or another since 1995. In 1997 he began a relationship with eBay when he consulted on the creation of their new (and present logo) then redesigned the eBay home page. Recently, Tom was Creative Director for PayPal and directed some major site changes including a redesign of the PayPal logo and the upper pages of the site including the three targeted home pages.
