As founder and owner of Wampold Companies , Mike Wampold is directly responsible for the direction and growth of the company. He oversees strategic corporate planning, corporate financing and new project development. Mike is a graduate of Louisiana State University and holds the CCIM designation from the Commercial Real Estate Investment Institute . He has been involved in the investment, development, construction, renovation, ownership and management of real estate holdings for over 25 years.

Wampold Companies , founded in 1981 by Mike Wampold, has built a solid reputation of proven performance in the areas of real estate development, construction, major capitol renovations and property management.
