This relationship starts when you talk to our sales department. They are trained to discuss your application, your concerns, and the natural hesitancy you may feel about purchasing artificial intelligence software. The job of our sales department is to assist you in determining whether the technology is right for you and can help you do what you need to do. The relationship continues and grows stronger after you purchase the product. Many companies limit you to 30 days of technical support, or they charge you for calls beyond installation assistance.

Jeff Parent has had success in modeling the US stock markets using the NeuroShell Classifier. He collects technical analysis-based data taken at the outset of an outlier event and uses the data as inputs for a classifier net. Many of the trained nets correctly identify close to 70% of the outcomes from the validation set. This is a good result considering the notoriously noisy stock markets. Parent has been analyzing stocks for over 12 years and has authored articles for Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities Magazine.

The programs labeled above as distributable may be sold or otherwise distributed outside of your company or government agency as part of your computer programs or Excel spreadsheets. You do not have to pay any royalties to provide NSRUN.XLA or NSRUN.DLL with your programs. The programs labeled NOT distributable may only be sent to employees of your company or government agency, but not to anyone else including employees of parent or subsidiary companies or agencies. Programs that may be distributed have the word RUN in their names.

Any applications you build with the GeneHunter programming interface may be distributed only within your company or specific government agency. That is, you may not allow anyone outside of your company to use it if your company purchased it (or outside of your agency if your government agency purchased it). If you purchased GeneHunter personally, you may not distribute your applications outside of your immediate family.
