Karen has been on staff with Warranty Title since September of 2009. Before getting in the title industy she had been in banking for over 10 years. She has 20+ years of excellent customer service experience with sellers, buyers, real estate agents, broker, lenders and settlement service providers. She is an experienced professional with a sucessful career in the title industry. Karen lives in Blaine, Tennessee with her husband Richard, and two sons Tyler and Bryce. She enjoys spending time with her family, riding motorcycles, and deer hunting.
