Vendor Application The Warren County Fair Association would like to invite you to participate in our 2009 Warren County Fair and Trade Show, being held the week of Monday, August 3rd, 2009 thru Saturday, August 8th, 2009. This is a great opportunity to keep in touch with your existing customers and add a few while you enjoy a week at the fair. The Fair averages 18,000 to 21,000 patrons during the week, therefore it is a great opportunity to promote your business and/or organization. With the purchase of a booth, the name of your business and /or organization will be displayed on an eight foot back-drop which identifies your company. The cost of a booth is $175.00 for the week and includes two (2) free weekly admission passes. Additional weekly passes are available at the cost of $25.00 each. * must have a pass each day to gain entry into the fairgrounds. Tradeshow Set-up Times and Dates 1:00 p.m. - *4:00 p.m. Saturday, August 1, 2009 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Sunday, August 2, 2009 Outdoor Non-Food Vendors Non-Food Vendor Application The Warren County Fair Association would like to invite you to participate in our 2008 Warren County Fair and Trade Show. This will be held the week of the Warren County Fair, Monday, August 3rd thru Saturday, August 8th, 2009. For previous exhibitors, we hope to have your participation again this year and for new exhibitors, we welcome you. The Fair averages between 18,000 to 21,000 patrons in a week, so there is great potential to see and meet new friends and welcome them to your business or organization. The cost of the space is $300.00 for the week and includes two free weekly admission passes. Additional weekly passes may be purchased for $25.00 each. These passes do not include our Saturday Special Show as a separate ticket is required. *
