Welcome to Wasatch Canine Camp! We specialize in just about everything when it comes to dog training and dog behavior. We can help you with mild to severe aggressive dogs, puppies, dogs with bad manners, potty training issues, overly hyper dogs, mild to severe nervous dogs, and so much more. We’ve seen just about anything and everything, we have the experience and knowledge that will help you and your dog! We strongly focus on training from a holistic approach. When we are helping you with your dog we don’t only focus on obedience and/or behavior, we also strongly focus on nutrition, state of mind, physical development and structure (as aches and pains are a huge part of most behaviors problems), and socialization. We want to set your dog up for success in all aspects of life.made Pack to Basics ™ by modifying the large field socialization approach that was first brought to America by Dick Russell. This revolutionary program can be used regardless of size or space limitations you may have. Chad has worked with countless trainers, including Bethany Tracy, to help them bring this program into their own training programs, bringing the true understanding of canine socialization to greater levels. Bethany is one of the few trainers in the world that is allowed to use the Pack to Basics ™ name and run these classes.

This video is of Huxley, a 1-year-old Rat Terrier that we have been working with for almost 6 months. He is one of the most human aggressive dogs I’ve ever worked with. When I first met this dog, I didn’t have very high hopes for him. He was extremely dangerous and unpredictable. He has come a long way, and his owners have done an amazing job at being consistent to get him to the more reliable point that he is at today. This video is a sneak peak of everything we’ve been doing with him to get him to where he is today. He still isn’t 100% trained, but he has come so far and has become a much much better and happier dog with our help! I now have high hopes that with a bit more time and consistency Huxley can become an even better dog.
