Wright Feigley offers a full range of public relations services including media relations, issues management, crisis communications and media training for staff. Led by Jeff Wright and Rebecca Rainer, our team has a combined 30 years experience in gaining editorial coverage for clients and in managing crisis communications. Our Team. Rebecca Rainer – Rebecca has served on both sides of the camera, as a reporter and anchor for WBRZ and as a public relations practitioner providing services to clients across the U.S. She develops public relations and crisis communications plans for various clients and provides on-the-ground counseling for clients such as Cortana Mall where she has dealt with bomb threats, animal rights protesters, criminal activities and employee scandals. Jeff Wright – Jeff has provided public relations and crisis communications services to a wide range of clients in the fields of financial services, gaming, healthcare, electric utilities, workers compensation and petrochemicals. He has provided proactive counsel to assist in corporate positioning, new product launches and branch expansions. Crisis Communications. Jeff has also worked on the reactive side, dealing with a wide array of subjects, including staffing issues, legal issues and customer conflict resolution issues. His work for Dixie Electric Membership Cooperative (DEMCO) for over 14 years included providing crisis communications assistance to the utility company during hurricanes when a pencil and paper were the most high-tech tools available, shuttling updates and releases between the utility and media outlets by car during the storm. Message Consulting. WF also offers consulting services to senior management in key message development, message calendar development and implementation, as well as one-on-one training with CEOs dealing with specific issue management. Media Training. Jeff and Rebecca have conducted media training for a variety of organizations as part of the overall public relations services of the agency. Our team has past experience media-training senior staff for companies such as Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Corporation (LWCC) and currently provides media training annually to the Baton Rouge Area Chamber’s Leadership class. Together, they trained close to 80 executives within the past two years.
