My name is Thomas W. Lizotte, American Board Certified Prosthetist Orthotist and I am the founder of Washington O&P. I have chosen to dedicate my professional life to the exciting field of Prosthetics and Orthotics. Graduating in 1999 with honors from the University of Washington Department of Rehabilitation Medicine with a degree in Prosthetics Orthotics, I gained valuable experience during my internships at the VA Hospital as well as Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
