Every district has its own unique needs and demand for data and system availability. At WSIPC, we offer a hosted solution that will meet your needs. Whether those needs are website hosting; software systems and applications or database hosted solutions. We provide a customized dedicated server configuration, fully managed and monitored 24x7x365. Additionally, our environment has a dedicated backup/recovery site maintained as a separate facility elsewhere in the state.

WSIPC is a non-profit cooperative founded in 1967 in Washington State. Membership is composed of 9 Educational Service Districts and over 295 school districts.

Mr. Daybell brings nearly 30 years of experience in information technology to WSIPC, including technical expertise in data warehousing, client/server systems, database design, object based architecture and networking. Prior to joining WSIPC, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer under the title of Deputy Superintendent of Administration and Operations. In this capacity, he established a reputation of relationship building, focusing on customer service, and fostering partnerships to accomplish the mission of OSPI.
