Georgiana Dearing, AIGA Creative Director With more than 25 years in the industry, George brings a wealth of technical savvy as supporting structure to all of our messaging solutions. She really knows her way around marketing and design, but knowing where she left her water glass is another story. Cathy Payton, AAF Account Manager / Editor Cathy is known to make quite a mess of a layout with her red (or green, or magenta) editor’s pen. She will pare a design down to the essence of the message, but working through her mark ups can be overwhelming for the new guy (sorry, Sheldon). Jeff Hess, NAPP Designer / Web & Motion Graphics Jeff is a Water Street veteran, having been with the company for over a decade. His talents range from making things move on screen to being our “play that funky music” iTunes deejay. Mike Ferrell, SEGD Designer / Illustrator Whether he’s wielding a pencil or a mouse, Mike is our go-to fellow for creative illustrations. Oh, and he’s a die-hard Trekkie—live long and prosper. Carolyn Tedrow Project Manager / Marketing Manager Carolyn keeps us on track and in the know. As Water Street’s Chief Culture Officer, she’s been threatening to organize a mandatory after-hours office party…with costumes…and Secret Santa gifts. Sheldon Akers Production Artist Our newest team member, Sheldon hails from the book publishing industry. He’s always ready to learn something new, including the building security code so he doesn’t set off the alarm, again. Jeff Lefkowitz Supreme Advisor Jeff started it all 20+ years ago. Now he fills the role of advisor on all things creative and business related, when he isn’t building chairs in his woodshop.
