Beth is a securities attorney with over 25 years experience in the industry, excelling as a regulator, a consultant, a Chief Compliance Officer and a corporate attorney.

Gail has over 15 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industries, specializing in financial reporting and statistical analysis.

Gail also has experience in the areas of financial reporting, tax valuation, and cash flow testing at an independent life insurance company.
