With over 40 years of experience in public accounting, he serves as a trusted advisor and business partner to his clients. As a founder of Watkins Uiberall, Bill fully understands the mechanics of running a business. His knowledge enables him to provide valuable advice and solutions to his clients. Bill offers a comprehensive suite of services including assurance, accounting, tax consulting, merger and acquisition assistance and management consulting. With over 35 years of governmental experience, Bill has worked with such clients as Shelby County Government, City of Memphis and several other local municipalities.
