Randal is the newest addition to our Customer Service team here at Wavelinx, bringing to the table over 30 years of experience in the field. Randal’s key to providing top-notch customer service is in the constant reminder to himself that he, too, is a consumer. Randal strives to provide the type of customer service he would expect to receive, were he in your shoes.

In 1998 Wavelinx was started to provide our customers hassle free access to the Internet. Our philosophy was to provide our customer with the support and network for a smooth ride when surfing.

Dick R. Segress, Whitespace LLC (Wavelinx) CEO, has a long history of building and operating successful telecommunications companies. Dick has over forty years experience in telecommunications, starting with the Bell System in 1970 and co-founding National Telecommunications Companies, Inc. and service as its president and COO. He later bought Terral Telephone Company, started Total Telecommunications Services, Inc. and its spin-off TTS-LiNX Corp. TTS-LiNX merged with Whitespace LLC (Wavelinx) in 2009, an industry leader in the deployment of wireless broadband service.

Mike brings his 14 years of experience in computer repair to Wavelinx. Mike has handled Internet and cable television installations and trouble calls for over six years and now handles Wavelinx’s wireless Internet installations and trouble calls.
