Description

The Silverways website is due to go public shortly after final usability testing and consolidation of contributed materials. Silverways arose from contact with women who have adopted online technology with no previous exposure to computer technology until they were 'three score and ten'. The ethos of the web-site is to generate and celebrate proactive narratives of ageing that celebrate the 'elder' in 'elder-ly'. Resources are to include links to online computer tutorials and guides, information on using online services, recreation and hobbies.
