Description

We-Mac was founded in 1962 in Atchison, Kansas. Our market niche initially was small tanks (under 2,000 gallons) to the rural Midwest. In 1964 we opened a second plant in Altoona, Iowa also producing small tanks. 1966 found We-Mac beginning production of large shop fabricated tanks at the Atchison facility adopting the STI P3 tank in 1983. In 1975 we opened an all fiberglass manufacturing facility in Garnett, Kansas which produced both UL Underground and Aboveground FRP tanks.
