John S. Weadock Sr. founded Weadock and Associates, LLC in 2002 after working in the insurance industry for nearly forty years. He has served and partnered with businesses in the West Michigan area for over 20 years. Weadock and Associates, LLC has many long-term clients that we provide services for ranging from innovative solutions to employee benefits programs to assessing risk. Our team looks forward to working with you on a long-term basis to insure you, your employees and your business through solid and valuable advice that you can trust.

John has been in the insurance business for over 40 years, in various sales, management and executive positions. For over 20 years, he was an integral part of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan team, specializing in employee benefits programs. More recently, he served as president of a large regional independent agency where his primary responsibility was to manage the employee benefit division of the company.

A native of East Grand Rapids, Jim has been a business owner and developer for over 25 years. He has a long history of community service, serving on various boards. He specializes in Employee Benefits, Property, Casualty and Medical Malpractice. Jim has been in the insurance industry for 35 years.

As the Weadock office manager and customer services representative Connie helps clients with claims resolution, billing questions, renewals, and much more. She has over 15 years of industry experience and is here to help you!

John is respected for his commitment to providing a very high level of service to his clients. Thus, his client retention is outstanding, including some clients that have been with him since the late 1960's. His clients have included a very diverse group of industries and associations on both local and national levels. His counsel is often sought by industry professionals given his in-depth knowledge and abilities in developing association programs for health and welfare benefits, including voluntary and core programs.
