He has directly assisted over 2,700 families, helping them to plan for long term care. Don and his wife live in St. Charles with their 3 children. Along with other family activities, Don especially enjoys attending his son's hockey games. Steve Stillman Vice President Steven Stillman is a native St. Louisan, with more than 19 years experience in the Financial Planning industry. He has held executive positions with MetLife and New England Financial as well as being the founder and President of Stillman Financial Services, Incorporated As Vice President of Wealth Protection Advisors and Investment Advisor Representative with PlanMember Securities Corporation, Steve specializes in teaching retirees how to conserve their assets so they can enjoy the lifestyle and independence they deserve. He has directly assisted over 1,800 families in planning for lifetime income, Long-term care and asset protection. Steve strives to help each client determine his or her specific investment objectives, thus enabling the client’s family a more secure future. She has worked with Don Quante, our firm’s founder, for 24 of those years. Barb’s skill and efficiency are unmatched. Applications, contracting, and underwriting questions are handled in a timely manner. Barb consistently gets all applications to the insurance company within 24-48 hours of receiving them on her desk. Her caring and compassionate attitude is apparent not only to the staff, but to customers as well. They are always greeted with a smile, and some great conversation. Barb is a lifetime resident of St. Charles County, where she currently resides with her husband Dave. They have 3 grown children- Paul, Diana, and Steven. Shelly Hulbert, MBA Para Planner Shelly attended Southwest Missouri State University on an academic scholarship, and graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Finance/Insurance. She went on to obtain her MBA from Lindenwood University. Prior to her specialization in the long-term care field, Shelly worked in the insurance industry as a Senior Claims Specialist, and Subject Matter Expert. Her own personal family experiences and interest in educating and supporting women, is what led to her present career in long-term care planning and asset preservation. She currently has over 15 years of industry experience. Shelly and her husband, Michael, reside in Wentzville, Missouri with their two children. Her hobbies include decorating and entertaining at home with family and friends.
