Description

Weatherspoon & Voltz was founded in 2004 by two lawyers who didn’t like the bureaucracy and structure of large firms. The move was a response to their perception that existing North Carolina law firms were not providing the business and development community with the quality of legal services, delivered promptly and at a reasonable cost, that the rapid growth in North Carolina demanded.

Will Weatherspoon provided local counsel for an out-of-state developer in connection with the purchase of a shopping center in Goldsboro , North Carolina . Beth Voltz was named the 2011-2012 Board President of SAFEchild in Raleigh . SAFEchild (Stop Abuse For Every child) is a non-profit organization founded in 1992 to prevent child abuse in Wake County by helping adults and children create nurturing environments free from abuse and neglect. Beth Voltz assisted a Charlotte -based client with the purchase of an office complex in Cary , North Carolina .
