Web Joist was created by several individuals. Primarily by Rag's Glaze, Bob Powell, Vern Sweet and Bruce Howard, with a Patent referred to as an "Improved Truss Joist" in 1976. The original Truss Joist was the only truly "Green" product on the market since approximately 1959. We believe all of our products should be available to you with Integrity, hence Web Joist's logo and Company Ideal, which states "Inspired by Integrity".
