Weber Capital Management, LLC is a crossover investor in microcap public companies and mid to late-stage ventures. We were founded in 1994 to manage the U.S. investment activities of a London-based institutional investor, and in 1999 we opened to outside investors. Since 1994, we have invested over $150 million and currently hold positions in about 30 companies. Our funds target superior long term performance. Accordingly, much of our success comes from our long term relationships with both our limited partners as well as the management teams of our portfolio companies.
