Weber Specialties Company has been supplying high quality stampings, tooling, assemblies, and fabricated components to industry for over 70 years .

This position will assist in the design and implementation of new projects for production. Will support the Lean Manufacturing Team in implementing cost effective manufacturing methods through planning, analysis, and design. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering related field and/or relevant combination of training and experience in a manufacturing environment. An ideal candidate possesses a willingness and eagerness to learn. Experience in metal applications is ideal.

Weber Specialties incorporates statistical process control and continuous improvement to provide our customers with competitively priced parts and zero defects .

Lead designer for single station and progressive metal stamping and forming dies. Also responsible for developmental plans and associated jigs, gauges and fixtures. Will work closely with team members from Engineering, Toolroom and Quality to manage projects and problem solve. Minimum Requirements include a 2 year degree from college or technical program and/or 3-5 years experience in a metal stamping design role and/or combination of training and experience. Must have experience with 3D modeling, experience with Auto Desk Inventor is a plus.
