Webster Architects takes pride in the reputation we have built over the years in the custom home market. The custom home option is for the client looking to work with us to develop a plan from conception to completion to meet their needs and desires. Our approach is based on years of experience and is the systematic process we take on every project. Not everyone is looking for the same level of service, so we have developed our services around meeting the needs of our clients.

We pride ourselves in the reputation we have built over the past years in the design of churches, retail, office, recreational, and government facilities, as well as residential homes. In 2005, the decision was made to put our energies into residential architecture. Our passion drives us to challenge ourselves, our clients and the community to create houses that would instill pride of home and neighborhood. Our residential home plan portfolio includes many award winning single and multifamily homes.

On the other hand, the method in which we work with clients and develop a set of plans is very methodical. We feel it is very important to work through the process in a systematic way. This is the approach we take and it is based on years of experience. To help aid our client in understanding the process, we have created a client notebook to serve as a step by step guide through the design process and development of a new home: What to expect, what decisions you will need to make and when to make them and how best to work with us.

Our philosophy is that our clients are as unique as the houses they live in, so our services should reflect that thought. A major role of Webster Architects is to serve our builders. We have crafted our services around these relationships and we do our best to cater to their needs. We have found that these needs vary as widely as the builder’s themselves. We develop new model houses, work with custom clients, alter existing plans, and help in the development of subdivisions. Our work often overflows into supporting their websites and aiding their marketing needs. We do work for all types of builders. We work with small-volume builders, (those that build 25 or fewer homes a year) who tend to build high-end homes.
