Our Goal is to take out the guess work and develop a plan that works for each individual. Since each person is unique in their circumstances and approach to life, individual coaching is specific to meet your needs. Our primary goal is to help patients loss weight in a healthy manner. We provide resources to implement structure, and a strategy to optimize the way you nourish your body.

Weight Wise has been proud to serve the South Louisiana area since 2003. We have clinics located in Lake Charles, Scott, DeRidder, and Oakdale, Louisiana. Even though we’ve grown rapidly, we still provide a supportive weight loss environment to every patient we see. We like to get to know all of the patients that we see. No matter which location you go to, you will never feel like just another person at Weight Wise! We are truly dedicated to your success. Our goal is to supply you with the proper tools, knowledge and environment that are necessary for you to achieve your weight loss goals.

It is our intention to teach patients how to purchase and prepare meals for themselves and their families. We do not promote "meal replacements", but sometimes use them in the very beginning of the weight loss journey. Learning how to read food labels and identify ingredients that cause the majority of us to make more insulin is KEY to controlling weight in the long run. This, in combination with a calorie-restrictive diet AND exercise results in sustainable weight loss.
