Weis Builders has a specialized Student Living Group whose sole focus is to provide nationwide construction services related to student living/lifestyle and more specifically-University Housing. This focus enables us to provide exceptional client service to meet or exceed student move-in requirements. Our Student Living team's experience includes over 32,000 beds of student living facilities within 36 university markets.

With completion of 5.6 million square feet in retail shell construction and over 8.1 million square feet in retail interior construction in the last 5 years, Weis Builders is consistently ranked as one of the top retail builders in the nation by Retail Traffic magazine. We provide new construction, additions and renovations for projects including malls, lifestyle centers, power centers, big box, grocery, theater and specialty retail.
