Phone Number : 866-999-9347 More Information : We discovered a one-day equipment failure that prevented us from accurately testing for a class of antibiotics known as Beta-Lactam. We have a stringent policy and do not accept milk when this class of antibiotics is present, since it may cause a reaction in people who are allergic to these antibiotics. When we discovered this issue, we immediately reported it to Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture who consulted with the FDA. As a result, we agreed to issue a voluntary recall as a precaution.
