Description
Welch Transfer & Storage is consistently a member of this important group. The award is based on points earned in the areas of customer service ratings and data pertaining to claims, safety and estimating accuracy. Quality will not be sacrificed in favor of speed or price. Both partners have been CMCs since 1999. To obtain the CMC designation, we complete ongoing training in the moving and storage field. We are required to complete a minimum of eight hours continuing education and training to become re-certified. The training must relate to our position in the moving and storage industry. In the area of personal growth, a CMC is required to attend State Association meetings, van line conventions, business seminars, American Moving and Storage Association (AMSA) sponsored seminars, complete any sales or business courses or an AMSA Mentor program. These events help our representatives stay informed of changes in the industry.
