Description

Delicious We start with bone in pork butts. some seasoned hardwood, a little of our special butt rub and our big ass smoker. We rub the butt with the butt rub and from there the meat goes into the smoker. Once the smoker is up to around 150-160 degrees we stuff the smoker full of wood and let it cook away. No peeking! About 12 hours later we pull the meat out of the smoker and start pulling the meat apart. We take out the bone, the excess gristle and fat and let it cool. Then we mix it with more secret spices and herbs, as well as our own BBQ sauce. It goes into the fridge till needed and than back into the oven for another 2-3 hours. Finally it is ready for you to enjoy.
