We believe that this confirms our success in furnishing quality service to our clients. Services provided by the firm include traditional services such as tax return preparation, accounting and reporting system installation, financial statement preparation, financial and tax planning, estate planning, management services, computer consulting and business and litigation support. An in-house computer is used, where applicable, in providing these services.

In June 2012, Mr. Wellings retired from Wellings & Co. at the age of 86. Ted passed away on January 5, 2013. Ted and Peggy Wellings were married for over 58 years and the lives they shared together were filled with love, adventures, tears and laughter. Their three children, Bruce, Cindy and Tim the III blessed them with nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist you with your professional needs and in some cases to comply with professional guidelines. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to our employees and in limited situations to unrelated third parties who need to know that information to assist us in providing services to you. In order to guard your nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards.

Formerly a Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. manager and a senior accountant with Touche, Ross and Co., Mr. Wellings had many years of experience in all aspects of management, finance, business administration, consulting, income tax advice, financial planning, litigation services and public accounting.

Loreen is experienced in a wide range of services including tax preparation and projections for individuals and businesses, accounting systems, QuickBooks, payroll and financial statements and reports.
