Renee Allen has been a resident of northern Michigan for over 20 years. Originally from Rochester NY, she received a basketball scholarship to Western Michigan University. At WMU she studied health education and recreation for undergraduate education and received a masters degree in exercise physiology. After sustaining an athletic injury Renee studied massage therapy and integrative medicine for restorative health purposes. Renee has over 15 years of massage therapy and physiotherapy training and experience.

- I have been going to The Wellness Institute executive health program for over 10 years. I value the personalized time with the physician and staff and appreciate the same day of testing and results that are reviewed with me. I like to get away and focus on my health and wellbeing so I can have a personal health plan to live by.
