January 20, 2012: Wells Research has signed an agreement to be acquired by Triooptics GMBH, the world leader in MTF testing. Under this agreement WRD will operate independently and continue to provide the same line of innovative products.

Wells Research provides flexible optical test systems and high-value application consulting to customers around the world. Our unique catalog of modular instruments allows us to provide high-performance, cost-effective solutions in a timely manner.
