The past couple of years we have invested a lot of time developing soybean product delivery strategies to meet our customer needs. I am very happy to announce that we now have many of our professional dealer locations offering bulk soybeans, enabling us to now sell the majority of our volume in bulk. Another soybean innovation that I would like to introduce for 2015 is an additional option in our SoyMaxPak™ program, which features our Best Soybean Varieties with applied seed treatment delivered in a black hard-side box.

This year, we are adding a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to our team. We will now have 28 TSMs and four Regional Sales Managers servicing our customers in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. I strongly believe as products, technologies, and production practices continue to change so rapidly, our customers need well-trained, smart and innovative thinking managers who are constantly working to improve themselves so they can lead their customers into the future.

An increasing number of soybean growers are handling their seed beans in bulk. Wensman dealers have responded to that need. In addition to the dealers with existing systems, in the past year many Wensman dealers have built entirely new systems, added bins to their existing set-up or upgraded treatment equipment. We are estimating that bulk soybean volume will represent nearly 70% of our business next year. The volume of acres planted with bulk soybeans will continue to increase and Wensman will be there, working with our dealers, to meet this demand.
