Our team has more than 200 years of combined automotive industry experience and although we specialize in European automotive service, there is probably no type of vehicle or problem that one of the team has not seen, so here are our suggested rules for whether we can be of service.

Werner’s does not generally provide estimates without first looking over a vehicle. We believe a methodical approach and accurate estimates, based on our own diagnosis, provides the best long term solution for our customers. We test, not guess.

Werner’s Mercedes & BMW was established more than 25 years ago to provide high quality, honest automotive service at reasonable prices to the Salt Lake valley. Several renovations and happy decades later, Werner’s is a complete, independent automotive center that is known across the west for “certified” pre-owned sales, detailing, parts, factory scheduled maintenance and bumper & paint repair in addition to world class automotive service.

We strive for a win-win in our approach to automotive service. Our philosophy is to research and diagnose automotive problems using the latest tools, technology and training, rather than just throwing parts at it until the symptom goes away. We feel that this ensures our customers the best long term results and helps us to comfortably stand behind the work we do.
